WHOLESALE SHIPPING & HANDLING

When your order subtotal is $500 or more, you qualify for free ground shipping via UPS ground in the 48 continental United States. Delivery generally takes 1-5 business days depending on the destination.

Evolution Salt Co. does not provide free shipping or shipping discounts on bulk orders.

Orders shipping to Canada will be shipped via UPS Standard or UPS LTL Freight, depending on the size and weight of the order. Since your order will be shipped outside of the United States, you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. Evolution Salt Co. is not responsible for these fees.

Once you finalize your purchase, you will receive a prompt email confirmation of your order. Your tracking number will also be provided via email upon shipment of your order.

RETAIL SHIPPING & HANDLING

If shipping anywhere in the 48 continental United States, all orders qualify for free ground shipping via UPS SurePost for home delivery and UPS ground for non-residential deliveries. Delivery generally takes 3-8 business days depending on the destination. Options are available at an additional cost for expedited shipping.

When shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or an international destination you may calculate your shipping cost before finalizing your order. Orders being shipped outside of the United States may require international customs and brokerage fees, which is the customer’s responsibility.

On rare occasions, the actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge.

Once you finalize your purchase, you will receive a prompt email confirmation of your order. Your tracking number will also be provided via email upon shipment of your order.

PROCESSING TIMES

We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please keep in mind that although most orders ship on the same or following day, it may take up to 72 hours for us to process and ship your order depending on seasonal busy-ness.

RECYCLED PACKAGING

In keeping with our mission to help promote sustainability, we reuse boxes and packaging materials that come into our warehouse and use new boxes made up of 100% recycled material.

Please include a note with the reason for your return, as well as your name, address, email and phone number, and we will process your refund as soon as we have received and inspected your product.

There are no refunds, credits or exchanges after 30 days.

Should you wish to cancel a recently placed order, please call us immediately or send us an email, and we will stop your order as long as it has not yet shipped.

This return policy applies to orders purchased directly through Evolution Salt Co. If you purchased an Evolution Salt product at a retail store location, please contact the store regarding your return.
